Participation

– Take a selfie with our robot at ADASS 2025
– Post it on LinkedIn + tag @FEV.io and use the hashtag #FEVBotChallenge
– Participants must be 18+
– Deadline: 13th of November, 2pm
– We will raffle 3 LEGO® sets

Prizes

We will raffle three LEGO® sets among all valid entries.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be paid out in cash.

Selection of winners

The winners will be selected at random.
The notification will be sent via LinkedIn direct message or via comment under the participant’s post.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.

Content Usage

By participating in this giveaway and posting a selfie with our robot publicly on LinkedIn using the hashtag #FEVBotChallenge, participants grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to re-share (repost) their LinkedIn post on our own LinkedIn company page for the purpose of showcasing the giveaway and the event.

This permission is limited to re-sharing (repost or share) on LinkedIn only.
We will not download or re-publish the images outside of LinkedIn without asking for separate permission first.

Participants can withdraw this permission at any time for the future by contacting us at FEV.io_GmbH_Marketing@fev.io.

Privacy

For the execution of the giveaway we use publicly visible LinkedIn profile data (e.g. name, profile and link to the selfie post).

After the random draw, we will contact the selected winners via LinkedIn in order to request shipping details (name, postal address and – if needed – e-mail / phone for delivery purposes).

These contact details will only be used for prize fulfilment and will be deleted once the prizes have been sent out / delivery has been completed.

Legal basis (EU GDPR): Art. 6 (1) (b) — performance of a giveaway.

We do not share data with third parties, except for logistics / shipping service providers if needed to deliver the prize.

Exclusion / liability

We reserve the right to exclude participants in case of manipulation or violation of these terms.

The decision is final. No legal recourse is permitted.
