Thomas Hülshorst is a recognized leader in software-defined mobility, electrification, and intelligent engineering solutions. With more than 20 years of experience at FEV, he has played a key role in building and scaling the company’s global capabilities in automotive software, E/E architectures, battery systems, connectivity, ADAS/AD, and cybersecurity.
Throughout his career, he has successfully transformed emerging technologies into strategic growth areas, expanding FEV’s portfolio from vehicle electronics and electrification to Software & E/E Platforms, Software-Defined Vehicles (SDV), eCockpit, and intelligent mobility solutions.
Today, as Group Vice President, he is globally responsible for FEV’s Intelligent Mobility & Software business unit and leads the worldwide FEV.io brand. His focus is on combining software, AI, and digital engineering to enable next-generation products, platforms, and mobility ecosystems for customers across automotive and adjacent industries.
Once started as Aeronautical Engineer with a special focus on mission- and safety-critical software engineering, now having more than 15 years of professional experienence in the area of Software Engineering in the Automotive, Aerospace, Railway and Defense sector; Responsible for Business Development and Sales for FEV.io Region Europe
With an academic background in Mechanical Engineering focusing on Mobility Solutions, Martin drives the advancement of FEV.io’s Project Management capabilities and EE technology. With extensive experience in leading complex development projects, he empowers the team to drive innovation and successfully navigate technical challenges.

Amit is a strategic leader in the field of automotive intelligent mobility, known for his ability to bridge technology and business development. With over 26 years of industry experience spanning automotive, broadcast, and consumer technologies, he brings comprehensive system-level knowledge to the table.
His extensive global exposure — having held diverse leadership roles and worked closely with customers across continents — gives him a deep understanding of market needs and client expectations. Amit has successfully led and delivered large-scale customer programs through to production for multiple clients.
He has collaborated with OEMs, Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers, semiconductor companies, and tool vendors to build robust ecosystems that ensure project success. Currently, Amit is focused on extending intelligent mobility technologies to adjacent domains such as commercial vehicles, rail, off-road, and marine — with a strong emphasis on the application of Generative AI.

Sabin is the current Managing Director of FEV Romania for the software division ,overseeing the development and implementation of innovative software solutions within the automotive sector. With extensive experience across various software domains(automotive, telecommunication, broadcasting applications and infrastructure, public transportation, smart metering ,etc), he brings a unique perspective to driving technological advancements and operational efficiency, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products that meet industry standards and client needs.
Being an experienced leader with a +25 years background in Business Development in Automotive and Rail E/E and Cybersecurity, Christian closely observes market trends and identifies technical and commercial needs for developing new project opportunities. His main mission is to approach the right people on prospects and customers sides, for checking out with them on their specific project-related needs and expected challenges – and for joint elaboration on how the FEV.io scope of services can support them to achieve their defined targets. For extremely demanding and challenging projects that even exceed the FEV Group scope he makes use of his professional network and also out to 3rd party companies so that with their specific contributions project completion can be achieved on time under unchanged quality and timing conditions.
Dries joined FEV in 2025 with over a decade of experience in the space industry, ranging from design, analysis and test of (power) electronics to project, product, (technical) account and bid/proposal management for different satellite subsystems. He focuses on bringing the right solutions across software, safety and cybersecurity to different customers in the space business.
Business Development Manager with over 10 years of experience in building and maintaining customer relationships. He began his professional career in companies specializing in the areas of Cyber Security and Software Development. At FEV, he is responsible for business development in the areas of ADAS and Cyber Security on the Central and Eastern European market.
