In 2002 Thomas Hülshorst joined FEV. His first position was to care about SW development and system simulation for fuel cell systems. As a Senior Technical expert, he worked in the following years on the application of artificial neural networks in powertrain control and model-based calibration methods. In 2006 he took over the department of Vehicle Electronics and Electrification. Main areas of activities were automotive E/E system development and integration, including diagnostics and In-Vehicle network. During this time, he introduced and established battery development as well as Software for Battery Management Systems (BMS) and Powertrain controls (VCU) as a new focus area of FEV. In 2012, he was promoted to Director Vehicle Electronics & E-Mobility and subsequently took over the management of the “Electronics and Electrification” business unit as Vice President at FEV Europe GmbH in 2013. In this position, the E/E and SW development activities were expanded, and Connectivity and ADAS/AD development were introduced as a new engineering areas as well as power electronics. Changing to FEV Group GmbH in 2016, he took over the global management of the Business Unit Electronics and Electrification in 2016 in the position of Group Vice president. Due to further growth and expansion, the business unit was split into the two new units “Electric Powertrain” and “Intelligent Mobility and Software” in 2019. To give the second business unit more visibility, it was spun off under the new global brand FEV.io in 2022. The portfolio was expanded towards SW&EE Platform development (incl. SDV), eCockpit and Cyber Security. To date, Thomas Hülshorst is responsible for both business units and global FEV.io brand as Group Vice President.

With an academic background in Mechanical Engineering focusing on Mobility Solutions, Martin drives the advancement of FEV.io’s Project Management capabilities and EE technology. With extensive experience in leading complex development projects, he empowers the team to drive innovation and successfully navigate technical challenges.

Amit is a strategic leader in the field of automotive intelligent mobility, known for his ability to bridge technology and business development. With over 26 years of industry experience spanning automotive, broadcast, and consumer technologies, he brings comprehensive system-level knowledge to the table.
His extensive global exposure — having held diverse leadership roles and worked closely with customers across continents — gives him a deep understanding of market needs and client expectations. Amit has successfully led and delivered large-scale customer programs through to production for multiple clients.
He has collaborated with OEMs, Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers, semiconductor companies, and tool vendors to build robust ecosystems that ensure project success. Currently, Amit is focused on extending intelligent mobility technologies to adjacent domains such as commercial vehicles, rail, off-road, and marine — with a strong emphasis on the application of Generative AI.

Tom Tasky is Vice President of FEV.io, the Intelligent Mobility, Machinery, and Software division of FEV North America Inc. He is responsible for leading the organization's innovation and emerging vehicle and machinery development technology competencies including Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) development, software development including AI, ML, ADAS/AD, and connectivity, as well as systems engineering including functional safety and cybersecurity for a wide range of industries and applications. Tom has over 30 years of industry experience, ranging from powertrain systems development, electrical systems development and integration including vehicle diagnostics and networking for prototype and series production programs for gasoline, battery electric, hybrid, and automated vehicles.
Ana is the current Managing Director of FEV Romania for the software division ,overseeing the development and implementation of innovative software solutions within the automotive sector. With extensive experience across various software domains(automotive, telecommunication, broadcasting applications and infrastructure, public transportation, smart metering ,etc), she brings a unique perspective to driving technological advancements and operational efficiency, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products that meet industry standards and client needs.
Being an experienced leader with a +25 years background in Business Development in Automotive and Rail E/E and Cybersecurity, Christian closely observes market trends and identifies technical and commercial needs for developing new project opportunities. His main mission is to approach the right people on prospects and customers sides, for checking out with them on their specific project-related needs and expected challenges – and for joint elaboration on how the FEV.io scope of services can support them to achieve their defined targets. For extremely demanding and challenging projects that even exceed the FEV Group scope he makes use of his professional network and also out to 3rd party companies so that with their specific contributions project completion can be achieved on time under unchanged quality and timing conditions.
Dries joined FEV in 2025 with over a decade of experience in the space industry, ranging from design, analysis and test of (power) electronics to project, product, (technical) account and bid/proposal management for different satellite subsystems. He focuses on bringing the right solutions across software, safety and cybersecurity to different customers in the space business.
